    Friday - 5pm - 11pm
    Saturday - 7am - 11pm
    Sunday - 7am - 8pm

    • Full or partial refunds are issued at the discretion of Oakland Yard management personnel. All refund requests must be by phone or email to the OYA Tournament director for consideration.
    • Teams registering for tournaments are bound to the days and times assigned. Please review the tournament registration form or tournament registration web page for days and times of the event before registering.
    • OYA Tournaments will try to accommodate coaches scheduling requests. These requests are not guaranteed to be granted but we will always try to accommodate as many reasonable requests as possible.
    • All players that are participating are of the correct age. OYA Tournaments strongly recommends that each player has proof of age if asked. Failure may result in forfeit.​
    • All 7/8U Boys Baseball, 9/10U Boys Baseball and 9/10U Girls Softball tournament games will be played in out North Dome located at the rear of the South Dome.
